Their satellite saw your roof. Show them yours.

Insurers now drop homes over aerial photos scored by software, sometimes of a roof that was already replaced. Skyalibi packs your dated photos, historical imagery and your state’s rules into a rebuttal.

How it works

Your insurer’s satellite AI flagged your roof. Our AI builds your counter-evidence in a day.

Insurers score roofs from the sky, and some homeowners lose cover over a roof that was replaced or never existed. Skyalibi is AI against AI: it reads your notice, guides your own dated photos, pulls historical imagery and drafts a rebuttal under your state’s rules, usually within a day. You send it.

  1. Step 01

    Reads your notice

Upload the nonrenewal or ‘repair or lose coverage’ letter. Agents check whether it rests on aerial imagery and track your deadline to find new cover.

  2. Step 02

    Guides your own dated photos

A step-by-step shoot with the angles and timestamps that answer what the insurer’s image claims to show. Historical imagery is pulled alongside.

  3. Step 03

    Drafts the rebuttal and complaint

Side-by-side images, a rebuttal letter citing your state’s rules and a complaint draft for your state insurance department. You send them.

What you get

Built for homeowners whose insurer cites aerial photos.

01

The counter-evidence packet

A letter asking for the insurer’s images and report, and their image set beside your dated photos and public historical imagery.

02

A rebuttal under your state’s rules

A letter citing the rules where you live, such as New Hampshire’s bar on refusing renewal over cosmetic roof issues alone.

03

An inspector’s letter when needed

If photos aren’t enough, a partner roofer or home inspector visits and writes a letter for your packet.

First up: We’re opening with a free reader that tells you whether your notice is based on aerial imagery.

Why now

The world just changed.

What changed, and where it was reported.

  1. Texas Department of Insurance records show insurers in San Antonio, Houston and Austin threatened nonrenewals over aerial photos. CAPE Analytics’ manual says they ‘tend to be less accurate than human inspections’.

    Texas Public Radio
  2. New Hampshire’s insurance department: insurers may not refuse renewal solely for cosmetic issues like roof discoloration, and must physically inspect when a policyholder disputes aerial findings.

    United Policyholders
  3. San Francisco homeowners were dropped over ‘mold, algae’ on a roof that didn’t exist. The policy was reissued after their inspection report and a TV station’s questions.

Roofers inspect; homeowners send letters

When photos aren’t enough, a partner roofer or home inspector visits and writes a letter. You send every letter yourself. We never act as a public adjuster: claims are licensed work, so we stay on underwriting disputes.

Here’s the line we don’t cross.

Skyalibi prepares documents for underwriting disputes, nothing more. It never acts as a public adjuster, never handles a claim, never gives licensed insurance advice and never promises a result. The homeowner sends every letter.

Questions

Straight answers.

Get early access
Can you guarantee my policy is renewed?

No. Results are never guaranteed. What we do is make sure your insurer sees dated, specific evidence, and that you use every step your state gives you.

What if the insurer won’t share its images?

Some refuse. The request letter and the complaint draft still help, and in New Hampshire a disputed aerial finding must be followed by a physical inspection.

Are you a public adjuster?

No. Claims work is licensed and we don’t do it. Skyalibi only prepares documents for underwriting disputes, such as nonrenewals and repair-or-lose-coverage notices.
